We believe the Bible is God’s inspired and inerrant Word given to humankind to serve as the authority and standard for both faith and life.

We believe that there is only one true God and He reveals Himself in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Spirit.

We believe that Jesus is the eternal Son of God who was born of a virgin, was wholly God and wholly man, lived without sin, died as our substitute on the cross, was buried, arose bodily from the grave, ascended into heaven where He is presently seated at the right hand of God the Father where He makes intercession for those who trust Him, and will one day literally return to earth.

We believe that the Holy Spirit is fully God, sent by the Father to convict unbelievers of their need for salvation, and is living within every believer to enlighten, equip, encourage, and empower them to live the Christian life.

We believe that man is the special creation of God, made in His image, originally created innocent of sin and possessing the freedom to make choices, but through the temptation of Satan chose to disobey God’s command and became a sinner separated from God, and has passed his sin nature to all mankind causing all men to be born as sinners in need of redemption.

We believe that salvation is a gift from God made available through the shed blood of Jesus Christ to all who by faith accept Him as Lord and Savior.

We believe that all true believers are eternally secure and will go to heaven after death, and that unbelievers will spend eternity separated from God in hell.

We believe that baptism is to be conducted in the mode of immersion following salvation as an act of obedience to Christ.

We believe that the local church is a fellowship of baptized believers functioning under the Lordship of Christ, and that all Christians from all the ages compose His Body with Christ as the Head.

We believe that all believers can come boldly before the throne of God through the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman in a covenant commitment for a lifetime.  We believe that the family is the first institution given by God and is the foundation for human society, and that it is composed of individuals related to each other by marriage, blood, or adoption.

We believe that the government is an institution established by God to provide order and protection for society, and that the church and state should be separate, but the state should not restrict the free exercise of religious liberty.
